Robin Nguyen

Robin joined Riverbed Technology as a Professional Services Consultant and later becoming a Lead Performance Consultant in APAC region. As part of Riverbed’s Professional Services team, Robin is responsible for post-sale deployment and implementation of Riverbed’s unified observability solution, as well as providing consultation to Riverbed’s customers and partners. His expertise ranges across Network Performance Monitoring (NPM), IT Infrastructure Monitoring (ITIM), Application Performance Management (APM) and End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM). Automation, efficiency, and adaptability are the core qualities that Robin seeks for in his work. Prior to Riverbed, Robin has 6 years of experience working in Singapore IT and Telecommunication landscape, deploying, and managing large scale wireless networks. Holding a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, his background put strong focuses on computer networking, wireless technologies and communication, project management and stake-holders management.
